If you’ve looked through the February Spotlight from PPANE or stopped by to see us in East Hartford, you’ve probably seen our new ad! The ad’s theme focuses on one of our best qualities - our people! Many of you have probably spoken with one or more of these five people on a regular basis; so you understand how important they are to Century.

As a new employee, I am in awe of the experience and expertise that all of Century’s employees possess. For 15 of her 19 years, Doreen has been the head of customer service. She brings a tone of intelligence and professionalism to every situation and her understanding of the industry makes her invaluable to the customers and the rest of our staff. Shari has worked in customer service for 20 years. She has genuine concern for all of our customers and if anyone has a special request, they know that Shari will take care of them. Angela has been the head of digital production for 10 of her 15 years. She expertly keeps the shop floor running smoothly and if any of us has a technical question, we go straight to her because we know she will be able to figure it out. Michele contributes her friendly personality and enthusiasm to every situation. She is constantly educating herself at trade shows, NEIPP and graphic design classes, so she is always on the leading edge of new technologies and products. Equally important is the crew behind the scenes who process and deliver your products with high quality and fast turnaround time. Can you imagine they have a combined work experience of over 465 years and the first employee, Tom Maschi is still with the company, wow!
